865 East Apartments

Project: 865 East Apartments

Location: Harrisonburg, Virginia

Story Height: 7

Square Footage: 160,000

Problem Solved by Girder-Slab: "Our 865 East project went extremely well. The architect, engineers and I as the general contractor and an owner are very pleased. The Girder-Slab system was exactly what we needed to complete the project in a timely manner, develop a sound structure while offering added soundproofing and non-combustible construction. I will highly recommend the system to anyone interested in multistory construction who is willing to pay a few dollars for speed, quality, strength and durability. We're so pleased with the system that we will specify it again. I have two possible projects that may occur this year where the Girder-Slab system would be appropriate. We appreciate your assistance and look forward to working with you in the future.
